Bail bonds for Domestic Violence charges are very common in Arizona. Domestic Violence charges can range from simple disorderly conduct to endangerment, criminal coercion, kidnapping, unlawful imprisonment, trespassing, harassment, preventing the use of a telephone in an emergency, spousal abuse, child abuse and stalking. Once arrested for Domestic Violence charges, the Court or arresting agency will typically place a restraining order between the victim(s) and the Defendant. The Defendant is not permitted to contact the alleged victim(s) by any form of communication (face-to-face, phone, email, text or through a third-party) violating a restraining order will cause the re-arrest of the Defendant with additional charges being filed, including disobeying a lawful order, or disobeying a protective order.
